The research institute Swerea IVF provides advanced research and consultancy services in manufacturing industry's key working areas to quickly bring new technologies and new methods into practical application by our customers. We carry out work on behalf of public organisations and individual companies. Our main objective is to produce, develop and introduce new technology and new working methods across a range of sectors, with particular emphasis on product, process and production development. We also hold specialised expertise in the fields of material properties and applications for ceramics, as well as for polymers, textile materials, the natural environment and the work environment.
